How do I get information in the weekly update, website or on the calendar?

Easy:

1. Create the flyer (include all the details you need, date, time, cost, location, contact etc.).  Save in a standard .pdf format.

2. Send it to Lori Neumann for approval and indicate, if desired, posting on the peach jar website.  Please include the time frame you would like the flyer to be posted.

3. Email updates@mybenfranklinpta.org This will reach everyone in the update team, online calendar, website and weekly update. The deadline is 12 noon Monday for the weekly update sent on Wednesday Morning.
